Straight Bangers

Today I got a special package in store for you guys. So many tracks have been dropped lately and I just have to provide the ones I think are dope to you guys bad news is you can't get some of them for free but you can buy them. Good news is they are dope A.F!!! Includes tracks by Kiholm and Bingo Players

Smashing

Weekend was pretty damn crazy and fun by anyways I got some tracks for you guys. The first one is by an upcoming producer, Tim Gunter and his track Moneyball which a remix of the banger Cashin' Out by Ca$h Out. Now this track is dope, completely different from the original, catchy beats and a good vibe. This track is pretty damn good to listen to. Check it out

Next couple of tracks are tracks remix by Adventure Club. They have that chill dubstep vibe to them. Kinda reminds me of Bassnectar's remix of Ellie Goulding's song Lights. Check them out as well.

The wait for EDC Las Vegas 2013 begins

Yesterday day the pre-sale tickets for EDC Las Vegas 2013 went on sale at 12pm and man did they sell out! Luckily I was able to get a ticket for the low price of $260 plus handling fees. I'm just happy that I know for a fact that I'm going. For those who didn't get the chance to get tickets, you all have to wait until January 9th at 12 pm pacific time. Hopefully, the wind doesn't pick up like the past EDC where they had to cancel the day midway cause that'll suck donkey dick.
I'll be posting up any EDC news that happens to come out on here.

Kill the Noise - Black Magic EP

Today, Kill The Noise dropped the Black Magic EP that I know some of you have need waiting for and of course I had to get it. So here's my review of it.
As I mentioned in the previous post, I went to go see Knife Party and Kill The Noise this past Friday so naturally Kill The Noise played the tracks of his EP but I couldn't really identify the tracks and didn't know if they were remixed or not. The EP is good all around, has its grimy filthy dubstep with tracks like Black Magic (Kill The Noise pt. 2) and Jump Ya Body; and song also calmer tracks like Thumbs Up and Saturn. There are no tracks on the EP that I don't like.
If you're already a fan of Kill The Noise you love this album, if haven't heard of him first off where have you been, and second you gotta get on this wagon. Kill The Noise is going to get a lot bigger in this scene and with these new tracks there is no question about it.

Knife Party - Haunted House Tour

On Friday November 2, I got to see Knife Party perform at the Fox Theater along with Kill the Noise and Tommy Trash (didn't get to see the others) and let me say this......it was LEGEND wait for it......DARY!!!
Kill The Noise was the first one we got to see and man did he kill it. He played a lot of his tracks from the Kill Kill Kill EP that he released a while back and a couple from his Black Magic EP that is being dropped tomorrow 11/06/12. From what I heard, I am certain that I'm picking up his EP and the rest of you should do the same.
Knife Party came on immediately after, no break whatsoever. They opened up with so much energy and kept it for their entire set. Throwing in tracks like Kyoto by Skrillex, and mashing them together with their own was pretty damn dope and even play remixed tracks of their own my favorite personally being Internet Friends (VIP mix). Although their set was crazy, they only played for about half an hour which was pretty disappointing but luckily Tommy Trash was there to save the day.
Tommy Trash's performance was AMAZING. He knows how to get the crowd moving with crazy build ups and drops like no other. He played the rest for the rest of the show. Never really got into Tommy Trash since I kinda stopped listening EDM for a couple of years but I gotta say, pretty damned impressed. I'm probably going to be looking more into him.
Overall, the show was pretty damn good. The music was blasting, the girls were crazy hot (like always) and the crowd was alive. Next up, EDC!!!

Mix Tape Monday #1

So I've been lagging it on posting a blog since Thursday due to a very busy yet dope ass weekend. Knife Party/Kill The Noise/Tommy Trash on Friday and just straight chilling in Berkeley for two day was pretty damn satisfying.
Since it is Monday, here our first Mix Tape Monday!!! Took me a while to decide what to put into this mixtape just cause of the huge music variety that I'm into, so I decided to make different tapes for different genres every week. Today we got some indie/folk/alternative type music. Enjoy!!

1.) We Are Scientists - Selective Memory
2.) Army Navy - Saints
3.) Razorlight - Golden Touch
4.) Arctic Monkeys - When The Sun Goes Down
5.) Dead Country - Lou Shade
6.) Surfer Blood - Floating Vibes
7.) Foster The People - Helena Beat
8.) Mellowdrone - Fashionably Uninvited

Throwback Thursday #1

The very first throwback thursday and to make even more special we're bringing back the old school. Straight up gangsta rap from back in the day when being "G" meant having saggy ass jeans, over sized shirts and denim everything. So here are my top 5 from back in day. And yes I was a 5 year old child jamming to this.

1. N.W.A - Express Yourself
2. Ice Cube - Gangsta Rap Made Me Do It
3. Westside Connection - Bow Down
4. Dr. Dre - Xplosive
5. Xzibit - X
